2. Personalization
When PLA hot stamping, some patterns can be, and some will appear incomplete hot stamping phenomenon, so there is hot stamping
Subject selection, and hot stamping parameters need to be adjusted.
The signature strip must use a glue suitable for PLA bonding.
3. Printing
1 The PLA needs to be pre-coated before printing to ensure the adhesion between the coating and the substrate after laminating, and the substrate is dry
The temperature can not be higher than 55℃, otherwise the sheet is easy to deform;
2 The PLA white material needs to be prepressed. If it is directly printed and dried, it will be deformed. After prepressed, screen printing is required
Printing base coating, otherwise the coating adhesion is not qualified. Preloading parameter: 80℃/5min.
You can choose one of the above two ways.
4. Laminating parameters
PLA laminating parameters: hot pressing 135℃+5MPa+18min, cold pressing 20℃+5MPa+18min
The temperature cannot be higher than 135 ° C, otherwise the card brittle will occur
5. Wind the wire
Cold winding is required to reduce the speed of winding.
If medium material is to be made after winding, the laminating temperature parameter is recommended to be 70℃+5min
6. Aging test
PLA card is sensitive to temperature, aging conditions need to be redefined, recommended 50℃+90% humidity
