Card base production process:
1. According to the material can be divided into PLA, PVC, PET, PETG, PC etc.
2. According to the use can be divided into telecom and non-telecom; 3. According to the module can be divided into contact card and non-contact. There are other composite cards and so on.
Card base composition: 1. Ordinary contact card, double-layer material printing front and back, surface varnish;
2. Special contact card, double-layer printing material, front and back double-layer protective film.
3. Non-contact card, double-layer printing, double-layer protective film in the middle plus INLAY (can be 3-5 layers).
Card mostly rectangular, standard card size of 86mm × 54mm, ordinary pvc card thickness of 0.76mm, ic, id and other non-contact card thickness of 0.84mm.
