Solutions to blister problems of PP/PS materials

Sheet blistering

01. Fast heating 

① Lower the heater temperature appropriately.

② Slow down the heating speed appropriately.

③ Properly increase the distance between the sheet and the heater，keep the heater away from the sheet

02.Uneven heating

① Adjust the distribution of hot air with baffles, windshield or screens，make all parts of the sheet 

heat evenly

② Check the heater and shielding net ，and repair the damaged parts.

Sheet tear

1. Poor mold design，The arc radius at the corner is too small. The radius of the transition arc should be increased.

2. The sheet heating temperature is too high or too low.

   3. When the temperature is too high, the heating time should be appropriately reduced and the 

     heating temperature should be lowered. Meanwhile the heating should be uniform and slow, 

     we should use compressed air slightly cooled sheet；

    4. When the temperature is too low, the heating time should be appropriately extended, 

the heating temperature should be increased, the sheet should be preheated, and the heating should 

be uniform.
