process of manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, distribution and delivery, there are various 

opportunities for dirt transfer, therefore, it is imperative to ensure that the sheet is taken and installed 

with a sense of cleanliness.

Your PVC sheet manufacturer should wear gloves when handling the product to prevent it from being stained with dust during the period from extrusion molding to delivery to the printing workshop, and should take packaging measures to ensure that the product can be protected after arrival. The PVC you choose should be shipped with a protective sheet on the pallet. When you remove the sheet from the pallet, keep the top piece of protection. When taking the sheet, always wear a pair of gloves to avoid contact with bare skin PVC, grease will appear after this sheet is printed, so that your printing sheet can not be used, reducing production efficiency.

Another option is to order PVC covered with a thin, transparent protective polymer film that is attached to one side of the sheet. This film needs to be easily removed before printing, keeping the surface uncontaminated.
