Low density polyethylene, LDPE film

Its density is about 0.92g/cm3 or so. Low-density polyethylene film transparency and heat sealing is good, waterproof, moistureproof; low tensile strength, tensile elongation is large, easy to wrinkle, 0.03mm below the film, the tension control should be small, and the tension should be constant everywhere, especially when heated, more easily deformed, resulting in difficulties in applying color. Therefore, when drying, the film surface temperature should not be too high (within 55 degrees). According to the different film-forming process, it can be divided into several kinds of PE blown film (IPE), cast PE film (CPE), low-foam film, etc. The tensile strength and openness of IPE film is better than that of CPE film, and it adopts front side printing, which can be used as food bags, garment bags, etc. CPE film has uniform thickness, better surface gloss, transparency and heat sealing than that of PE, and it can be positively and negatively printed, but the production cost is high CPE film is mainly used as the inner layer of laminated bags as well as cosmetics. CPE film is mainly used as the inner layer of composite bags and the packaging of cosmetics, sauces and pastries; low-foam film is good for decoration, thick texture, not easy to stretch and deformation, using the front printing, used as a yearbook, trademarks and handbags.
