The method of sheet processing:
Calender method: Calender is the mixed PVC resin and additives, into a uniform sheet. The sheet which is formed by calendering method has bright products and adjustable thickness. Generally used for thinner products, it is the most commonly used method in sheet processing.
Laminating method: the chlorinated polyethylene rolled sheet is heated and pressurized in the hydraulic press, and cooled under pressure to make the rolled sheet a hard plate. Mainly suitable for the use of recycled hard board.
Extrusion method: Through the extruder method molding, the molten material through the extruder flat mold extrusion, by the three-roll calender cooling finalize, after cooling, traction, cutting and cutting into qualified plate, generally used for thicker products and plates.
