1. BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene)

BOPP film has strong impact strength and is cold-resistant, even in extremely cold areas. Judging from its own characteristics, BOPP is non-toxic and odorless, and can be in direct contact with food, medicine and other products. However, its tear strength is low, and the film roll gap may cause film breakage. It must undergo corona treatment before printing and lamination.

2. CPP (cast polypropylene film)

Compared with biaxially stretched polypropylene, this material has poorer cold resistance and cannot be used in sub-zero locations. However, it has good heat resistance, excellent transparency and gloss, and is resistant to chemical erosion. But it is easy to produce classics and easy to absorb dust.

3. PE (polyethylene)

The softening temperature of polyethylene is between eighty and ninety degrees, and its melting point is between one hundred and one hundred and two degrees. Polyethylene material has a large elongation rate, can maintain good softness in low temperature environments, is non-toxic and tasteless, and has strong impact resistance. Among many materials, polyethylene is a material with a relatively high utilization rate.

4. PET (polyester)

Compared with the above types, polyester sheets has higher mechanical strength and can still be used normally even when it is relatively thin. It has a very high light transmittance, reaching 90%, and can absorb ultraviolet rays, which other materials cannot achieve. It does not contain any plasticizers and other substances, is more hygienic, has better freshness retention, and is easy to absorb water, but its dimensional stability is slightly inferior to other materials.
